What is CatFi Box?

CatFi Box is a free and simple way to experience the most advanced cat-facial recognition technology and the CatFi app. With a spare Android phone and simple cardboard box to mount your phone, CatFi Box enables you to observe your cats' dining behaviors and notifies you of any unusual changes.

CatFi Pro

What is CatFi Pro?

CatFi Pro (formerly known as Bistro) is the smartest feeder with cat-facial recognition technology. On top of remote monitoring, CatFi Pro allows you to track your cats' stats (weight, food and water intakes) with an alert function.

Can I use CatFi for more than one cat?

CatFi Pro is specially designed for multi-cat households, but it also works amazingly well for a single cat family.

Can CatFi serve wet food?

CatFi Pro is designed to serve dry food only.

Do you ship to my country?

CatFi Pro ships worldwide. We offer free shipping to United States and Taiwan, and for international shipping the fee is $50. Any customs duties, taxes, and other country-specific charges are not included. Please check estimated costs with your local customs agency.

Do you have a product warranty?

To help protect your purchase, CatFi Pro offers a one-year limited warranty.

Capacity of CatFi?

CatFi Pro holds up to 1.32 gallons (5L or 169 oz.) of food and water. It is sustainable for three cats, each weighing eight to 10 pounds (3.6-4.5 kg), for around a week.

What power supply do you use?

CatFi Pro operates a 110/240 power adapter with a universal worldwide power plug. Therefore, it is applicable no matter where you live.

Which mobile platforms does it work with?

CatFi App requires iOS 8.0 or later and Android 4.0 or later.

If I have already ordered a Bistro, which model will I receive?

CatFi Pro is the evolution of the Bistro. CatFi Pro has inherited all of the Bistro’s features and has been further improved in many aspects. We want to give you the best of the best, so for this reason, you will receive the CatFi Pro.

When can I expect to receive my CatFi Pro?

We can’t wait any longer to ship this lovely smart feeder to you. As a cat parent and developer, we believe you — our dearest backers and customers — deserve the best. We need more time to optimize the product and service, and we are doing everything we can to beat the time. A new shipping date will be released once it is certain.
